Visit our haute cuisine restaurant "Prosa" on the ground floor of the hotel, designed in collaboration with chef Rui Paula, and experience the delicious combination of the chef's mastery and the gastronomic treasures of the city of Aveiro.
Rui Paula captured the exquisite national and international flavors and gave them the sublime contemporaneity that Queiroz's works preserve. Here you can discover the Portugal that surprises, delights and never forgets.
The estuary and the sea, pastures and centuries-old sweets are the stars of this experience, a letter written with love for the classics.
The restaurant has an independent entrance, through Travessa dos Ourives, to better serve those who are not staying with us. You can visit us every day for lunch and dinner. From Monday to Friday we have an executive menu available.
Business hours: 12:30pm to 2:00pm and 7:30pm to 10pm (by reservation)
